Haley's great grandmother, whom she is named after, passed away of breast cancer this past February. In honor of her, the Hubbard women decided to run in the Liz Hurley Ribbon Run. We plan to make it a special tradition in memory of Nanny. I didn't decide to run until the Wednesday before the race. Needless to say I have not run much in the past year since I was pregnant for most of it. There is a big difference in using the machines at the gym and running. But, we all had a fun time and we all finished.=) It was about 40 degrees when the race started so we had to bundle Haley up extra warm. Here's Haley and Mommy after the race was over. After we ran, we went to the Cracker Barrel for a late breakfast. Haleysat in a highchair for the first time at a restaurant. She is such a big girl.=)
I am a stay at home Mom of 2 precious girls, Haley and Hannah.I also love to cook for my family and friends. S0, I thought this would be a fun way to fill you in on what's cooking at our house!=)
