Memorial Day Fun

We got to go up to the lake for Memorial Day and visit Haley's Great Grandfather "Pappy". We had lots of fun times. Haley got to play in the baby pool. She loved splashing around.

Belated B'day Pics

I just found the cord to my camera so I could update the blog...so these pics are late, but better late than never.=) We woke Haley up on her B'day singing "Happy Birthday" . She thought it was funny.

She had lots of fun playing on the futon...one of her favorite things to do.

We went and had Haley's one year pictures made, but they wouldn't let us take pictures in the studio. Then we went to Zaxby's for lunch where mom forgot to order Haley lunch and left the camera in the car... OOPS! But, we had fun at Brusters eating icecream and playing with the chalk.

We had a family party a few days after Haley's b'day..it was so fun..lots of pink and green!

And as you can see, the cake was a hit.=)

Haley Elizabeth is ONE!

The Lord has blessed us tremendously with a beautiful baby girl that has brought so much laughter, joy and so many special moments and memories into our lives. What a greatly blessed year it has been.

Easter Fun

She was having fun standing up outside of the tub palying with her toys. It really is a perfect height for her to hold on to.

More In Love Each Day...

If you know me, you know that I love to bake. So I baked Kyle a heart shaped, iced brownie. It was so fun to do.=)

Kyle and I went out to dinner on the 15th to celebrate Valentines day. It was so fun to go on a date together.=) I know Valentines Day is just a silly little holiday made up by the card companies to make money...well pretty much these days. But, I am a hopeless romantic and enjoy all the cutsie V-Day stuff. I love my husband more than I could have ever thought possible and am so blessed by him each day. God has blessed our family more than we could have ever even hoped for. What an amazing God we serve!=)

Reading Already...

I went to check on Haley about 30 minutes after I had put her down for her nap and I found her sitting in her crib readinga book. She was just flipping the pages and reading to herself. It was too cute to pass up.=)

I went in to check on Haley one day during nap time and she had fallen asleep with her head on top of her bumper. I guess she wanted a pillow.=)

Look Who's Pulling Up

Haley started pulling up about 2 weeks ago (still not crawling completely mind you) but this morning I walked in to find her standing up in her crib. Good thing we lowered the mattress!!=)

Haley got to come bowling with Both sets of grandparents, Aunt Lesley and Mommy and Daddy. She really had fun. She's such a ham already!=)

Haley's First Christmas!

Christmas day was very exciting for Haley as she got lots of new toys, a new car seat and a cute chair of her own to sit in when she gets bigger. We had such a fun day with our sweet baby girl. The Lord has blessed us abundantly with such loving families. We praise the Lord daily for his many blessings to us.

Since my brother and I were little, we have always waited at the top of the stairs on Christmas morning until Mom and Dad said we could come down. So, even now that we are married and have adding a baby to the mix, we stick with the tradition.=)
